WHATS IN STORE

  • The goal of Cold Co is simple:
    24 points across the 8 weeks.

    That works out to around 3 classes per week — enough to help women stay connected to themselves through winter without needing to live in the studio.

    You can earn points through classes, but also through bonus challenges, workshops, community events, team activities, and weekly winter challenges along the way.

    And if you hit your 24 points?


    You’ll automatically receive your Cold Co TPC drink bottle at the end of the challenge.

    Not because you were perfect.
    Because you kept showing up.

  • You can take on Cold Co however you want.

    Go solo and focus on showing up for yourself through winter…
    or join a team and make the colder months a whole lot more fun.

    Throughout the challenge we’ll have weekly challenges, studio games, attendance comps, themed classes, little surprises, and plenty of moments designed to keep everyone connected through winter.

    No pressure.
    No intense competition.
    Just women supporting each other, laughing together, and staying consistent through the hardest season of the year.

  • At the end of The Cold Co, the team — or individual — with the most points will win a night out with Keely (our Studio Manager) and Court (our Founder).

    Think:
    good food,
    a fun restaurant,
    lots of laughs + a little gossip
    and a night celebrating the women who showed up for themselves all winter long.

    Because The Cold Co isn’t just about movement.

    It’s about connection, community, and making winter feel better together.

  • This winter, Cold Co is bringing more than just classes.

    Across the 8-week challenge we’ll be running a full lineup of workshops, events, and community nights designed to make winter feel lighter, warmer, and a whole lot more fun.

    Think:
    Warm Mat Pilates, Warm Yoga Flow, Sound Baths, Quiz Nights, Pulse Olympics, Ski Dance Cardio Parties, Beach Pilates + Cold Plunges, our Opening Ceremony, and plenty of moments that remind women movement should feel supportive — not intimidating.

    Cold Co isn’t about pushing harder through winter.


    It’s about staying connected to yourself, moving your body, laughing with good people, and making the colder months feel better together.

  • WEEKLY CHALLENGES

    Because winter is hard enough — we figured we may as well make it fun.

    Throughout Cold Co we’ll be running weekly mini challenges designed to keep everyone connected, laughing, moving, and showing up through the colder months.

    Think:

    • wear blue

    • bring-a-friend days

    • stretch at home in your pjs

    Nothing serious.
    Nothing intimidating.
    Just little reasons to keep showing up and make winter feel lighter together.

  • The Cold Co is open to:
