Before joining your first class, all new clients are invited to complete our Induction Session — a personalised introduction designed to help you feel confident and supported from day one.

During this session, you’ll explore Reformer foundations, class styles, and how to book, while learning what to expect inside our studio. It’s your opportunity to settle in, connect with the team, and move with ease.

The Induction Session is complimentary and can be booked through our website or the Momence App.

To make the most of your experience, we recommend purchasing our 4-Week Lifestyle Kickstarter before attending, so you can seamlessly book your next classes and secure your preferred times. Alternatively, we’re happy to arrange this for you during your session.

Induction Session

(Reformer Foundations + Goal Setting)

Before starting at The Pulse Co, all new clients must complete our Induction Session. In this session, we’ll cover Reformer foundations, introduce you to our class styles, walk you through how to book, and outline studio expectations — so you feel confident, supported, and ready to move from your very first class.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

We will go over the basics of nutrition, how to build your plate, hormone cycles, sleep, water intake and movement outside the studio.

Accountability & Motivation

Weekly check-ins to keep you consistent and stay on track.

Bring a Friend to your Session

Bring a mate to any of our classes to help you feel confident and more comfortable. It also helps for accountability! Contact us for more details!
