  • You must bring a sweat towel and water bottle.

    Shoes are to be worn for POWER and DANCE CARDIO classes however every other class can be barefoot or in socks.

  • Your first time to The Pulse Co please arrive 10 minutes early so we an show you the studio and discuss any questions and queries you may have.

    Once you know the studio please arrive 5 minutes prior to class. If you are late your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist.

  • Grip socks are optional at our studio. You can choose to wear them or go without.

  • Yes, we do allow phones in class so you have the opportunity to share your workout on socials! However, please have it on silent, do not answer any calls and do not film any other clients.

  • After A LOT of research we have discovered the most popular length of time to train is 45 minutes. This will allow you to get a great workout without cutting into your busy day.

  • 3 classes minimum a week to get the most benefits of your workout however some exercise is better than none. So do the amount that makes you feel your best and fits in with your lifestyle.

  • All fitness levels are welcome to every class so there is no need for a beginner session. However, we do host Barre (Standing Only) and Power which is a great option for any beginners or have mobility challenges/injuries.

  • Yes. We offer a 4 week program so you can experience The Pulse Co. This offer will allow you to test what is it like to be a member and get the full experience of the studio. You will also be able to feel a difference physically and mentally. This is a great chance to trial all the classes, instructors, and find what makes your heart sing!

  • Please book in through the Momence App. You can find all our class packs and membership options here too.

  • Join The Pulse Co family by signing up to be a member. Pick and choose your membership options through the Momence App or contact the studio directly.
