  • Reformer x Mat Strength

    Get the best of both worlds in this power-packed session that combines the control of the reformer with the intensity of mat-based strength.

    Start with 20 minutes on the reformer, focusing on simple but highly effective Pilates movements designed to build core control, alignment, and mobility. Then move to the mat for a strength and cardio combo using a mix of light and heavy dumbbells. Each section targets a different area: upper body, lower body, core, and full-body strength, finishing with a spicy cardio burst to leave you feeling strong and energised.

  • Our 7:15am 9:15 AM classes are now open to Mums & Bubs! We know how important it is to move your body, feel strong, and take some time for yourself—without the stress of finding a babysitter. That’s why we welcome little ones to join you while you pulse it out!

    These sessions we will have you focus on strength, stability, and recovery in a way that’s gentle yet effective. Our instructors are trained in pre/postnatal modifications, ensuring you get a safe and supportive workout as you ease back into movement.

    Whether your bub is happily watching, playing, or snuggling nearby, you can focus on you—because you deserve it. 💛

    Come move with us—no babysitter required! 💪👶✨

    Reformer & Power is open to mums and bubs, but please note: for safety reasons, we ask that only children who are either old enough to safely play independently, or young enough to remain in a bouncer or pram, attend. Due to the moving parts on the reformer, we kindly ask that babies/children are not held on the machines.

    Our instructors will support where they can, but your little one is ultimately your responsibility to keep safe and happy throughout the class.
