Your little one is welcome to join you while you move, strengthen and reconnect with your body.
Our Mums & Bubs classes are designed to make movement feel easy and accessible during this busy season of life — no babysitter needed! Bring your bub along, settle them beside your mat, and enjoy some well-deserved time to move and feel good.
These sessions we will have you focus on strength, stability, and recovery in a way that’s gentle yet effective. Our instructors are trained in pre/postnatal modifications, ensuring you get a safe and supportive workout as you ease back into movement.
Whether your bub is happily watching, playing, or snuggling nearby, you can focus on you—because you deserve it.
Come move with us—no babysitter required!
Reformer & Power is open to mums and bubs, but please note: for safety reasons, we ask that only children who are either old enough to safely play independently, or young enough to remain in a bouncer or pram, attend. Due to the moving parts on the reformer, we kindly ask that babies/children are not held on the machines.
Our instructors will support where they can, but your little one is ultimately your responsibility to keep safe and happy throughout the class.
